The main features of this riding mower are as follows:

A Closer Look…
The Husqvarna MZ54F 54″ Zero Turn Riding Mower is powered by a powerful 24 HP/726 cc Kawasaki FR730V V-twin OHV Engine which is smooth and quiet while also being incredibly efficient. This engine also starts up really easily, time after time and will give you a top forward mowing speed of 8.5 mph, and a top reverse mowing speed of 3.5 mph.
This mower also features a unique park brake system which is really easy to operate. Once you’ve finished mowing, all you need to do to engage the park brake is to move the steering levers either inwards, or outwards and the brake kicks in automatically leaving the mower safely stationary and immobile until the procedure is reversed.
In order to give you a thorough and precisely superior cut, the cutting deck on the MZ54F is designed around ClearCut technology which provides vastly improved air flow to the deck resulting in the grass to be cut being actually lifted into the path of the cutting blades.
The deck itself is a very generous 54″ wide fabricated steel deck with 3 high-performance blades which can be adjusted to 13 different cutting heights ranging from 1.5″ to 4.0″. The deck also features a pedal assisted lifting system for faster engagement of the blades allowing you to mow larger lawns with fewer passes.
During mowing, the clippings are discharged through the mowers side chute pretty evenly so there aren’t any clumps for you to have to deal with afterwards. Alternatively, mulching and bagging kits are available separately which can be attached to the mower to eliminate the need for raking.
And for the ultimate in mowing support and comfort, this mower also comes with the most comfortable seat we have seen yet. It’s an 18″ high-back seat which is extremely well padded and gives unbelievable lumbar support to the operator during even the longest mowing sessions. The seat comes complete with removable vinyl covers and removable armrests for even greater comfort.
The Husqvarna MZ54F 54″ 24 HP Kawasaki Hydrostatic Zero Turn Riding Mower also features an extremely tough steel roll over protection system (ROPS) to protect you against injury in the event of a roll over. This is also foldable and can be lowered when mowing in areas that have low hanging branches etc.
